I would like to say, this was no fault of Jeff or Crown, the label on the box says what I ordered, part number and all... I opened the box and it was something completely different, not different color or different model, completely different item.

It was obviously a mix up at the manufacturing level.

and Jeff's customer service is top notch, he's taking care of me 100%!

i always say you can't really tell how good customer service is until there is an 'issue'.  i'm not surprised that jeff took care of you, cause that is how he rolls.
