Yes you should definitely bring the ZJ. It will be a fun filled event. We are working with some sponsors to see what we can have for vendors there as well.

Could NEJz set up a booth with our Jeeps?

Yeah we can arrage that, I think it would be a great idea. If you have some time, register up on our forum and check out this thread. There would be the best place to request a space for a booth. I can arrage it for you too if you want. But you should check out the forum anyways.

Thanks for posting the link.  I lost the paper with the forum address on it.

Who has the NEJz stuff?  Would we be interested in setting up a booth?

NEJZ members;

Hey Axle.

Everyone from NEJeeps who reserves a spot ahead of time will definitely be placed together. The vehicles at the show will be parked with an open space between each, so you will have plenty of room to setup a booth within the NEJeeps section.

If you could do my a favor, if you yourself could (and let everyone who is going from the group know to) reserve their spots by preregistering, that would be awesome. That way we have an accurate count for the show, and you guys have your spaces reserved.

To preregister your vehicle(s), send an email to Ryan McIntosh (Event Organizer) at ryanmcintosh24@gmail.com. Be sure to note if you would like to be placed with NEJeeps, other than the general categories that the show is split into.

Include in the email:

(1) Your name
(2) Address
(3) Phone Number
(4) Are you a student or faculty member at the University of Massachusetts Lowell?
(5) Vehicle(s) that are being entered (For each entry, include the make, model, year, whether that vehicle is stock or modified, and whether that vehicle will be brought on a trailer). The registration fee of $5 per vehicle will be collected at the event (cash only)
(6) Are you entering the event as a member of a group or club? If so, what group do you want to be placed with? We will do our best to accommodate clubs or groups of people looking to park together.

There will be a drawing for $50 cash of anyone who pre-registers their vehicle(s) by March 21st, 2010. Once we receive your registration, you will be sent a confirmation email with a registration number for the event. Print that email out and bring it with you to the event.

Vehicle setup begins the day of the event at 9 am and will continue throughout the day. Spectator admission will begin at 10 am, and the show will continue until 4 pm. Vehicles must be removed from the premises by 6 pm. Are you a student, faculty member, or staff at the University of Massachusetts Lowell? Bring your University id card to the event, as there will be a special prize for vehicles that are entered in the competition for UMass Lowell students and staff.
