boat sides are not done, had to go to Tony's to get some stock that I needed for a mid-projecdt redesign... worked on it a little day, drivers side is almost there. just too humid to really work on it. plan is tomorrow, cut the hood, cut the pass side rocker pannel off.

Did the bead tweak the 90 degree bend?

Well done and good progress.

No, I cut that out of a flat piece of 3/16 from a cardboard templet. Ian and Tim saw it before. I used a grinding wheel to score the inside of where I wanted it bent, then I just locked it down in my bench vise and started pulling, hitting it randomly with a mini sledge.

Exhaust parts. using a banks cross over pipe, but I am cutting it up and running the exhaust on the drivers side. I bought this pipe some 4 years ago, figured I would use it for at least the O2 sensor bung.

it'll be 2 1/4 from the header to the muffler, muffler is 2.5 in 2.5 out dyno max circle track muffler, it's small  Grin
also bought some J bends to piece and cobble something together. Also going to make it in piece so it will easily be removable

exhaust wrap to prevent vapor lock

adjustable fan control. I had NAutozone search 226203, which is the Hayden part number, this is made by hayden, but different part number and name brand.
